If you have multiple identical computers then you can swap each monitor, the dock, and the laptop across multiple stations to speed up the troubleshooting process. If you have another identical station (computer) then you should swap the components with a known good working station and see if the problem follows the component or stays with the original station. If anyone here has any additional suggestions/ideas I'd be beyond grateful. I personally do not believe this is the issue, but I am at a loss of what to try next.
